Virginia voting on new congressional map drawn by Democrats

April 21 (UPI) -- Voters are heading to the polls in Virginia on Tuesday to vote on a new congressional map drawn by state lawmakers. Polls are open until 7 p.m. EST., with nearly 1.4 million early ballots already cast on a constitutional amendment to change the congressional map. The result of Tuesday's vote could have significant implications for the midterm elections in November.
