Almut Balleer is Head of the Department of Macroeconomics and Public Ecoomics and Professor for Applied Macroeconomics at Technical University Dortmund. Previously, she was Professor at RWTH Aachen and assistant professor at the Institute for International Economics Studies (IIES) at the University of Stockholm.
