Yoshiro Tsutsui is Professor of Economics at Kobe International University. He obtained Ph.D. in economics from Osaka University in 1989. He previously taught at Kyoto Bunkyo University, Konan University, Osaka University, and Nagoya City University. He has served as President of the Association of Behavioral Economics and Finance (2007-2009), President of the Japan Society of Monetary Economics (2008-2010), and as a visiting scholar at Yale University, UC San Diego and University of Amsterdam,
