Agora Mall in Arad has reopened in August 2025 following an extensive process of repositioning and refurbishment carried out by its new owner, AMEA Construction, with support from Colliers Romania for developing the tenant mix, including the attraction of several anchor concepts. The mall, with a total surface of 36,000 square metres and more than 1,000 parking spaces, is strategically located on one of the city’s main traffic arteries, with direct links to public transport and the A1 motorway.
