Blakeman accuses Hochul of pay-to-play scheme with Uber to win re-election

Republican gubernatorial hopeful Bruce Blakeman is accusing foe Gov. Kathy Hochul of being in cahoots with the ride-sharing app Uber in a pay-to-play scheme to get her re-elected.
