Bonnie Blue has sparked controversy yet again after she had an outraging public decency charge against her was dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). The 26-year-old, whose real name is Tia Billinger, was charged over a lewd gesture she performed while stood outside the Indonesian embassy in London, back in December. Surrounded by masked men, Bonnie Blue was filmed dragging an Indonesian flag along the ground and used her hand and mouth to simulate a sexual act. Due to appear in court
