A major incident has been declared in Pontypridd, South Wales, due to flooding from Storm Bert . Homeowners were seen bailing out flooded properties with buckets and bins in the town after the River Taff burst its banks this morning. It comes after torrential rain caused by the storm fell in the area overnight amid a weekend of severe weather across the UK. Videos and pictures being shared on social media show cars in Pontypridd submerged by water. Roads, homes, businesses and parks have also
