But it looks as though life does not imitate art as the actor, 27, was full of joy as he walked arm in arm with his girlfriend to attend former co-star Lucy Fallon's 30th birthday. The actor, who also appeared on a series of Celebrity Big Brother after leaving Coronation Street earlier this year, appeared in good spirits as he was spotted by waiting photographers, heading to the party, held in
