The former Towie star throws up into a bucket during the gruesome eating challenge, and is also seen breaking down in tears in the Bush Telegraph, telling producers: "I feel like you're trying to kill me". In another shot, Gemma appears to be hyperventilating before a trial and she exclaims, "Have I got air?" Viewers also catch a glimpse of Scarlett Moffatt
