Meet 78-year-old Tiong Bahru homeowner Paul Soh, who was 15 years old when his family moved into the flat he's still living in. His son, Clarence, has lived there all his life. Their flat is part of the iconic post-war public housing estate in Tiong Bahru, one of the oldest HDB neighbourhoods in Singapore.
