JERUSALEM Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ’s office on Wednesday said Israel plans to appeal the International Criminal Court’s ( ICC ) recent decision to issue arrest warrants against him and his former defense minister Yoav Gallant over crimes against humanity in connection with the war in Gaza .
