Three people are facing charges after a dog was shot and killed in North Battleford, Sask. RCMP say it happened Friday, June 26, on 8th Avenue North where a man was walking the dog. Mounties say the man was approached by a truck with multiple people inside who uttered threats and fired a gun, injuring the dog.
