Canada's prime minister says the nation is in shock following one of the worst mass shootings in its history. Eight people were killed in the remote mining town of Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia. The suspected shooter died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The shooter has been identified as a transgender woman who dropped out of the high school that was targeted in the attack.
