Three-month ROBOR index down to 7.04% per annum

The three-month ROBOR index, used to calculate the cost of variable-interest consumer loans in lei, fell on Thursday to 7.04% per annum, down from 7.09% in the previous session, according to data published by the National Bank of Romania (BNR). At the beginning of this year, the index stood at 5.92% per annum but began to rise starting on 6 May, two days after the first round of the presidential election, reaching 6.08% per annum, agerpres reports.
