Ubisoft to Cut 200 Corporate Staffers Through ‘Voluntary Departure Plan’ Amid Studio Restructuring

Video game publishing giant Ubisoft has set a goal to cut the staff at its headquarters in France by 200 employees as it continues a larger reorganization of the company. “In line with the Group’s ambition to reshape its HQ into a leaner and focused organization, consultations with employee representatives have been initiated regarding the objective to reduce headcount at Ubisoft HQ in France by 200 positions through a voluntary departure plan,” the company said in a letter to shareholders
