Perhaps Donald Trump’s stunt “working” the drive-through was a bad omen for Mickey D’s: Now an E. coli outbreak linked to the franchise’s famous Quarter Pounder has infected at least 49 people and led to the death of one person with underlying conditions. Most of the illnesses are in Colorado and Nebraska, with a smattering of cases in eight nearby states.
