Finland's president reveals Trump 'frustrated' by talks with Russia

The president of Finland says Donald Trump is running out of patience with Vladimir Putin after Russia refused to commit to a full ceasefire in Ukraine. Alexander Stubb said a "combination of impatience and a tad of frustration" had pushed the pendulum "towards the distrust side of things" in the US president's attitude towards Russia.
