Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Senate Democrats on Wednesday said they will force the federal government to shut down again if three demands are not met ahead of Friday's fiscal year 2026 budget deadline. One demand is to end patrols by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, while limiting the use of warrants to arrest migrants.
