May 29 (UPI) -- An Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agent charged in a Minneapolis shooting was arrested in Texas Friday morning. Christian Castro, 52, was charged on May 18 with four counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of falsely reporting a crime. The charges are related to the Jan. 14 shooting of Julio Sosa-Celis, a Venezuelan immigrant.
