Sept. 8 (UPI) -- The fall season premiere dates have arrived for CBS soap operas, the network announced Monday. Season 53 of The Young and the Restless airs Oct.7 and stars Eric Braeden, Peter Bergman, Joshua Morro, Sharon Case, Jason Thompson , Billy Flynn , Zuleyka Silver, Hayley Erin, Lauralee Bell, Michael Damian, Tamara Braun and Roger Howarth.
