A family who lost their beloved cat during a cross-country move has finally welcomed him home, seven years after he vanished. The Davidsons adopted Dodger in 2016 from Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center in Clovis, and Amber Davidson said he quickly became part of the family. In 2018, after the children’s father passed away, they planned to move to Florida and arranged for a friend of a friend to transport their belongings—and Dodger. Before the journey began, Dodger disappeared without a trace.
