March 9 (UPI) -- Teyana Taylor, who recently secured a Golden Globe for her role in One Battle After Another, is also up for an Academy Award. The actress, 35, portrays Willa's (Chase Infiniti) mother in the film , which was inspired by a Thomas Pynchon novel. She stars opposite Leonardo DiCaprio , Benicio del Toro, Regina Hall, Wood Harris and Alana Haim. The feature has received accolades from the Golden Globes, Critics Choice and BAFTAs and is also up for the Academy Award for Best Motion
