Indonesia’s security minister, Budi Gunawan, has vowed for a transparent investigation into the death of 23-year-old Prada Lucky Chepril Saputra Namo. Lucky joined the Indonesian Army in May 2025 but by Aug 6, he died after 4 days in intensive care. His body had clear signs of abuse. The army has since detained 20 soldiers, including Lucky's platoon commander, for investigations.
