An 'evil' man murdered his girlfriend who 'struggled to stay alive' in her last moments. Norbert Maiksner, 49, of Polish descent, was convicted following a trial at Portsmouth Crown Court of the murder of 45-year-old Frances Obiefuleh at their home in Havant, Hampshire. The killer was also charged with child neglect. According to reports Maiksner has been jailed for life to serve a minimum of 24 years, after he suffocated his girlfriend by wrapping tape around her face. Paul Cavin KC,
