Senior Minister of State Low Yen Ling on competition effects from acquisition of The Clementi Mall

The parties to the acquisition of The Clementi Mall have not formally notified the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCS) to seek guidance on whether the merger may be anti-competitive.
