President Trump’s upcoming memecoin dinner has been highly controversial and subject of calls for an inquiry from Democrats in Congress. Memecoin holders were encouraged to register with the coin's website and to keep average holdings up, with the top 220 promised a dinner with Trump on May 22. That competition ended on Monday.
