Narco gangs have laid siege to a major city on Mexico's west coast with the airport attacked and tourists and locals in the holiday hotspot told not to go outside. Puerto Vallarta was on lockdown today after gang violence erupted after the leader of the brutal Jalisco New Generation Cartel was killed by the army.
