Thousands of well-wishers have gathered in and around Manchester to pay tribute to the late boxing legend Ricky Hatton, as his funeral takes place. People lined the streets as the procession began outside his local, the Cheshire Cheese pub, in his home town of Hyde this morning. Chants of “there’s only one Ricky Hatton” could be heard as visibly emotional mourners shared turned out to pay tribute to the beloved fighter.
