Oil prices rose and stock markets moved unevenly on Monday (Apr 27) as the prospect of Iran peace talks remained stalled, ahead of a week full of central bank decisions and corporate earnings. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi's visit to Islamabad had fanned hopes for new negotiations with Washington at the weekend but US President Donald Trump scrapped a planned trip by envoys on Saturday.
