A teenager heading to a school dance was tragically killed by a young relative who 'accidentally fired a gun ', police say. Isaac Brocco-Rivera, 18, was found unresponsive in his car next to a park in Lorain, Ohio , at around 6.45pm on Saturday 18 October after reportedly being shot in the head. He was rushed to a nearby hospital by emergency services, where he was pronounced dead.
