ISTANBUL The death toll from flash floods in the US state of Texas has risen to 89, with the majority of fatalities concentrated in Kerr County, officials said Monday. Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha said that of the fatalities so far, 75 took place in the county. They included 48 adults and 27 children, with 15 of the adults and nine of the children unidentified, he added.
