Parents told impact of kids' behaviour on lessons - as private schools perform better

Two-thirds of state-school teachers (66%) in England say pupil behaviour has a negative impact on learning in lessons either regularly or all the time, a poll shows. Just 8% said it “rarely” or “never” has an impact on classrooms - compared to almost a third of teachers (31%) in private schools, according to a major survey by the National Education Union.
