An army veteran has been given a £120 fine after he pulled over to have an anxiety attack in a car park. Charlie Wheeldon, 44, was driving when he could feel an anxiety attack coming on. He decided the safest option was to pull into Aldi Boscombe car park, Bournemouth , run by Parkingeye. Charlie was sitting in the car park for under 45 minutes before leaving to continue his journey.
