BCG: 37% of global luxury market value generated by just 0.1% of consumers

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has presented the findings of the 11th edition of Altagamma Consumer & Retail Insight, the annual study analyzing luxury consumer behavior and the evolution of retail channels. The report reveals a growing polarization in the market: while ultra-high-end clients represent only 0.1% of all consumers, they generate 37% of the global luxury market value, cementing their position as a strategic segment for premium brands.
