Residents at a care home were left "starving" in bed and were only bathed once a month, a damning report has found. Inspectors condemned Christopher Grange Residential Care in West Derby, Liverpool , where residents were left with "extremely long toenails" and were only bathed once a month. The facility has been placed into special measures by the Care Quality Commission following four days of inspections in October and November 2025.
