A newborn boy was tragically found dead in a portaloo. The Gretna Police Department and paramedics were called to the Waffle House at 52 Westbank Expressway, Louisiana at about 3:17am last Thursday. Someone from the restaurant had called 911 after a woman entered and told them she had given birth in a nearby portaloo, said police.
