A 14-year-old teenage girl was allegedly locked in her bedroom and starved for at least two years while her morbidly obese family watched through a webcam. Police say they initially believed the 14-year-old was between six and eight years old , and weighed 2.5 stone when they found her at her home in Wisconsin. Officials say she told staff that she hadn't been outside since she was ten or 12 years old, and hospital staff were forced to put her on a feeding tube, due to her severe malnourishment,
