The National Cancer Centre Singapore is seeking to raise S$1.6 million to launch a new nationwide study to track how physical exercise can help in reducing breast cancer recurrence. The proposed five-year study aims to recruit over 2,000 people. Currently, breast cancer patients in remission face up to a 30% chance of getting the disease again.
