Power publicist, tech investor and founder Jessica Schaefer is listing her Venice Beach home for $3.15 million — down from its $3.75 million ask last year.  Dubbed the “Good Karma House,” the modern beach bungalow, built in 2016, is at 621 Mildred Ave., in the Silver Triangle neighborhood by Abbot Kinney Blvd. Schaefer founded her PR company, Bevel, in 2017 — and then sold it for a reported $75 million to Jeff Herzog’s Avenue Z in 2023. Her clients have included crypto companies like Coinbase
