GENEVA Israel continued its "genocide of war" in Gaza that constitutes the "crime of crimes" despite the 2024 advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) declaring Israel's occupation of Palestinian territory "unlawful," Qatar told the ICJ on Thursday. "The court’s advisory opinion of 19 July 2024 confirmed that Israel’s presence in the occupied Palestinian territory is unlawful and must be brought to an end as rapidly as possible," said Mutlaq Al-Qahtani, representing Qatar. "
