Envisia and the Romanian-American University have announced the launch the 12th cohort of the postgraduate program “Corporate Governance that Creates Value – Corporate Governance in Practice,” the only accredited academic program in Central and Eastern Europe dedicated to the professionalization of board members and leaders involved in corporate governance processes. “The program addresses the strategic architects of modern organizations: from board members and executive leaders to
