Glenn Juenke, a Camp Mystic security guard, gave emotional testimony about the night of the floods, when 27 young children and counselors died. Juenke said Dick Eastland, one of the camp’s co-owners who was killed in the flooding, didn’t order the young girls to higher ground during the devastating flooding. CNN’s Isabel Rosales reports.
