A man and a woman were arrested at Marina Bay Sands on Friday (Apr 10) for allegedly cheating a man into making repeated bank transfers. In a TikTok video posted by user Daniel, a handcuffed woman is seen being led away by police at about 3.45am. The user did not manage to capture the arrest of the man.
