Alison Hammond was brought to tears as she announced This Morning's editor, Martin Frizell, was leaving the show today after working on the ITV programme for 10 years. Alison and co-presenter Josie Gibson asked him to join them on the sofa at the end of the show, and both told him how much he meant to them.
