PM Modi laid the foundation stone and inaugurated various development works in Surat, Gujarat. Addressing the gathering, he highlighted how Gujarat has become a major pillar of India’s energy security and green growth amid global challenges. From refining capacity and renewable energy to solar, wind, green hydrogen and modern energy infrastructure, Gujarat is playing a key role in strengthening India’s self-reliance. Today, the state contributes nearly 50 GW to India’s 250 GW renewable energy
