A terrified family desperately tried to get to their son who was screaming in his room after a stranger broke in and barricaded himself inside with the boy and his brother. Saqib Khan did not know the 10-year-old when he made his way into his family home and his bedroom as he slept. He sexually assaulted him, with the child letting out a scream that alerted his parents. Leeds Crown Court heard that 40-year-old Khan kissed the boy and told him he "loved him" before he shouted at him to get off.
