Oct. 9 (UPI) -- A Kentucky man with an annual tradition of going all-out for Halloween decorating is now attempting to clinch a Guinness World Record with his latest set-up. The Cold Spring resident, who dubbed himself Halloween Herm, has been decorating his Village Green Drive home for Halloween for decades, and in recent years he has dubbed the display "Deadsprings Cemetery."
