Although it's not quite warm and sunny yet, a seaside trip is an excellent way to clear your head, and nothing quite compares to those stunning views across the water. I visited Portobello near Edinburgh late last year, and I'm amazed I hadn't made the journey earlier. With a high street packed with independent retailers, fantastic cuisine, and excellent transport
