Shadow paymaster general Richard Holden says he wants to see "substantial" change following the Supreme Court's ruling which has defined a woman under the Equality Act as a biological woman. Holden adds that he wants to see the Equality and Human Rights Commission change its definition of a woman "swiftly". "I hope quite a substantial amount will change", he tells Sky's Anna Jones.
