Lebanon, Israel closer to cease-fire agreement, but caution remains

BEIRUT, Lebanon , Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Lebanon and Israel are edging closer to implementing a cease-fire amid reports that they have agreed on the terms of the agreement that would end their raging, 13-month war. The Times of Israel said the national security cabinet will meet at 5:30 p.m. local time Tuesday to discuss a cease-fire with Lebanon, adding that the ministers were to approve the truce.
